Our Mission
At Mainland Health, our mission is to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through meaningful, community-based experiences that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
We focus on off-site Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) services that empower individuals to participate actively in their communities while working toward personal goals identified in their service plans.
Our Commitments:
Safety and well-being come first:
Our staff are trained to support individuals with diverse needs, following established policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a secure and respectful environment at all times.
Person-centered support
Services are guided by each individual’s preferences, strengths, and goals. We work in alignment with authorized service plans to support meaningful progress and participation.
Operational excellence and compliance
Mainland Health is a state-licensed DAHS provider and operates in full compliance with HCBS requirements. We coordinate closely with program providers, service coordinators, and families to ensure continuity of care and service integrity.
